Exercise is my sanctuary, a profound realm of renewal where I ​reconnected with my true essence. With each stride and lift, I shed the ​heavy cloak of depression, anxiety, negative thoughts, and even grief. These ​moments of physical exertion were not merely about building strength but ​were deeply spiritual, fostering a courageous reconnection with my soul. ​The discipline and rhythm restored not just my body but rebuilt my spirit, ​fortifying my mental fortitude against life's challenges.
